Detailed technical drawings and layout plans are prepared and shared with the client for review. Production proceeds only after final approval is received.

Once drawings are approved, the project moves into the production phase. Manufacturing is scheduled according to the approved specifications and timelines.

All required materials, components, and accessories are arranged and prepared to ensure smooth execution without delays during installation.

Dedicated teams are scheduled and assigned for structure installation and LED module mounting based on the project plan and site readiness.

Our configuration team handles system setup, including screen configuration, calibration, software integration, and performance optimization.

Comprehensive training is provided to the client’s team, covering system operation, content management, and basic maintenance procedures.

After installation and testing, the completed system is formally handed over to the client, ensuring it is fully operational and ready for use.

All handover documents are shared, and the official handover form is signed to confirm project completion and client acceptance.

A project completion report is submitted to accounts, and the final balance payment process is completed to formally close the project.
